Log in to your CPanel at http://YorserverIP:2083

How do I access my email?
You can access your email online from any computer connected to the internet by logging into the Cpanel. Once in, select the Webmail icon. You can also set up a mail client, such as Microsoft's Outlook to access your email. Your SMTP and POP3 server is mail.yoursite.com. You must also enter the username and password you used when setting up your account in the CPanel Mail manager.
